Galveston Cruise Transfer LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides shuttle transportation services to and from cruise terminals, ports, and airports. By booking and using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional terms or conditions provided at the time of booking
Booking and Reservations
All reservations for shuttle services must be made in advance. You can book through our website, over the phone, or by other available methods. A valid reservation is required to secure a seat on the shuttle. Bookings are subject to availability. Upon booking, a confirmation email or message will be sent to you with details regarding your shuttle service. It is your responsibility to verify the details and inform us of any errors or discrepancies.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods.
- Any applicable fees, taxes, or charges will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or changes to your booking may be subject to fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made 30 DAYS in advance to receive a full refund. credit card fees are not refundable and each seat will incur a $5.00 fee.
- Cancellations made after 30 days are ineligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.
- No-show passengers will not be refunded, and you will forfeit your booking.
Shuttle Services and Pickup Locations
- Shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations will be confirmed at the time of booking. You must be at the designated pick-up location on time. We are not responsible for delays or missed connections due to your failure to arrive at the scheduled time.
- If you are traveling to a cruise terminal, we will drop you off at the designated terminal. We are not responsible for any delays or issues beyond our control once the shuttle departs.
Luggage
- Each passenger is allowed to bring 2 pieces of luggage. Excess luggage may be subject to an additional fee or may not be permitted depending on availability.
- Passengers are responsible for their own luggage at all times, and we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.
Behavior and Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner while on board the shuttle. Disruptive or unsafe behavior, including but not limited to intoxication, abusive language, or dangerous conduct, may result in removal from the shuttle and no refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger at our discretion, especially if we believe that safety is at risk.
Delays and Force Majeure
- We make every effort to provide timely service. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of such delays, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we cannot guarantee compensation for missed connections, flights, or cruise departures.
Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the shuttle service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed flights, cruise departures, or any other travel-related disruptions.
- By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the shuttle.
